The BOOST-IN project is spearheading the development of a CEN -European Committee for Standardization- Workshop Agreement (CWA) titled “Evaluation of Product Quality Criteria for Five Circular Economy Products: Defining Product Types, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Methods of Proof for Product Certification.”
A CWA provides a structured and credible framework for stakeholders to collaborate, share expertise, and establish guidelines that support industry-wide best practices. While not a formal standard, a CWA plays a crucial role in paving the way for future standardisation efforts, offering a foundation for enhanced product quality and certification in the circular economy.
