Brussels, 25 November 2026 – The BOOST-IN Final Conference will bring together researchers, innovators, policymakers, water professionals and EU initiatives to showcase project results and accelerate the uptake of circular economy solutions in the water sector. A Call for Poster Abstracts is now open, inviting the wider European water community to contribute to the conference’s Poster & Innovation Showcase.
After bringing together knowledge, solutions and stakeholders from across Europe, BOOST-IN will celebrate its Final Conference on 25 November 2026 in Brussels.
The event will provide an opportunity to present the project’s main results, experiences and lessons learned and to discuss how innovative circular water solutions can move from research and demonstration towards wider uptake, replication and implementation.
Throughout the conference, BOOST-IN will showcase its work to promote circularity in the water sector, including activities carried out across its six Regions of Opportunity, as well as tools and resources developed to support knowledge exchange and the scaling of innovative solutions.
Call for Poster Abstracts: showcase your circular water solution
As part of the Final Conference, BOOST-IN is organising a Poster & Innovation Showcase and inviting researchers, innovators, EU-funded projects, demonstration initiatives and other stakeholders to present their work.
The call is particularly looking for:
- Innovative solutions, demonstration projects and research results supporting water circularity, resource recovery and practical implementation.
- Policy, business and stakeholder initiatives supporting the uptake, replication and scaling of circular water solutions.
The showcase will provide selected participants with an opportunity to present their work to researchers, innovators, policymakers and water professionals from across Europe.
Deadline for submissions: 22 September 2026

Participants will also have the chance to compete for the BOOST-IN Audience Choice Poster Award. Conference attendees will vote for their favourite poster during the event, with the contribution receiving the highest number of votes announced during the closing session.
How to participate
Submitting a contribution involves four steps:
1. Choose your topic
Select the main topic and relevant sub-topic for your poster contribution.
2. Prepare your abstract
Clearly present the objectives, approach and expected or achieved results of your work.
3. Submit your contribution
Complete the online submission form and upload your abstract before 22 September 2026.
4. Prepare your poster
Accepted contributors will receive the relevant guidelines and will be invited to bring a printed poster to the Final Conference in Brussels.
